How HavarTechPulse started
I have spent my career on the unglamorous side of data and AI: the pipelines that feed the models, the evaluation that proves they work, and the handover that keeps them running after the consultants leave.
That work has taken me from programme teams at the United Nations to a large language model for Bhutan and a national skills taxonomy in Qatar. Along the way I kept seeing the same thing: small and mid-sized businesses had the same problems as those big organisations, but were quoted prices and timelines that only made sense for a ministry.
HavarTechPulse is my answer to that. Productised software where a product will do, fixed-scope consulting where it won’t, and training so that your own people can take over. I have trained more than 900 people so far, and wrote Data Science with Generative AI for everyone I couldn’t train in person.
