About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy anything from HavarTechPulse. Consulting projects, software subscriptions and corporate training may also have a written proposal or agreement; where that agreement says something different, the agreement wins.

What we sell

• Software subscriptions — Pulse CX and managed services such as pipeline and AI support retainers, billed monthly or quarterly in advance.
• Consulting — fixed-scope packages and day-rate work, as described in a written proposal.
• Training — self-paced courses, 1:1 mentorship subscriptions and corporate training.
• Digital products — books, guides and templates, delivered as downloads.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Paystack or Payhip; we never see or store full card details.

Fixed-scope consulting is normally invoiced 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. Day-rate and retainer work is invoiced monthly. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Retainers with a notice period (usually 30 days) or a minimum term are stated in the offer or agreement.

Delivery

Digital products and courses are available immediately after payment via a link sent to your email. Services are delivered on the dates agreed in your proposal. Mentorship and training sessions are scheduled with you in advance.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, including code built in your repositories. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.

Books and courses are licensed for your personal or internal use. Please do not share or resell them.

Liability

We do our work with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will always try to resolve a disagreement by talking first; if that fails, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
