Do we own the code?

Yes. Everything is built in your cloud account and your repository. If you stop working with us, it keeps running.

We don’t have a data warehouse yet. Is that a problem?

No — setting one up is part of the first pipeline. For most SMEs we recommend Snowflake, BigQuery or Postgres depending on volume and budget.

What does the setup price include?

Design, build, tests, documentation, deployment and a handover session. Cloud costs are billed to you directly, at cost, so you always see them.

What if a source system changes?

On the retainer, we handle it — schema changes are the most common reason pipelines break and the main thing the retainer covers.
